Welcome to the FAQ page for the Collaborative Real Estate Summit 2025!

 Here you’ll find answers to the most common questions attendees have about the event.
If your question isn’t covered here, please don’t hesitate to reach out for further assistance. 

The conference will take place on March 26th, 2025, at the Crowne Plaza in King of Prussia, PA. Check-in and registration start at 8:00 AM, and sessions will begin at 9:00 AM. 


You can register by visiting our registration page here. Choose from our Standard, VIP All Access, or VIP Dinner packages, each offering different benefits. 


  • Standard Ticket: Access to all sessions and a conference event bag.
  • VIP All Access Ticket: Includes Standard Ticket benefits, priority seating, and three (3) happy hour drink tickets.
  • VIP Dinner Package: Includes VIP All Access benefits plus entry to an exclusive VIP dinner with keynote speakers and sponsors.


Yes, lunch will be provided for all attendees. VIP ticket holders will also have access to additional refreshments and snacks during breaks. The VIP Dinner Package includes an evening dinner with select speakers and industry leaders. 


Business casual is recommended. Please feel free to dress comfortably while keeping in mind the professional environment of the conference.


Yes, the Crowne Plaza offers free parking for event attendees. Spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis 


Absolutely! We have reserved a block of rooms for attendees at a special rate. You can book your room for the night of March 25th here. 


 Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi will be available throughout the venue for attendees 


All ticket options provide access to the full event; we do not offer single-session passes. We encourage attendees to participate fully to make the most of the experience. 


Networking is a core part of our conference. Along with designated networking sessions, VIP ticket holders will have access to exclusive VIP networking events and the VIP dinner, providing an ideal opportunity to connect with industry leaders. 


Yes, tickets are transferable. Please contact our support team at least 72 hours before the event to make any necessary changes to your registration. 


Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 30 days before the event. Cancellations within 30 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund.
